Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked an appointment, that space is reserved especially for you. If you cancel with short notice or forget to turn up, I don’t have time to rebook someone else. This is a shame for people who may have rang that day for an emergency appointment and I couldn’t see them because I was fully booked. It also  impacts my business financially. 

If you can’t make your appointment 12 hours’ notice is great! If you cancel under that time you will still need to pay for the time that you have booked. (unless it’s due to emergency of some kind.) To charge a cancellation fee brings neither of us any joy.  Let’s keep both of us joyous by remembering to give plenty of notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
